We strongly recommend to all of our clients to reduce the substantial cost of disputes in any settings by submitting to private mediation rather than a lengthy court or jury trials for the following reasons:
Mediation is a private and quick method of resolving disputes, which becomes binding by settlement agreement rather than by a third party judge or unpredictable juries;
Cost of Mediation often a very small fraction of litigation.
All types of disputes or interpretations and legal positions may be mediated, by professional mediators who are often retied judges or highly experienced Attorneys.
Our founding attorney, Edisson Seropian has done over two hundred mediations, and and can either represent a party, or act as the mediator (private judge) to hear disputes between parties WITH or WITHOUT lawyers.
The rules used in the mediation are the same evidentiary and court rules of civil procedures used by the Judges in the State court with one big difference, in that you will not have to wait two or five years to resolve your dispute and waste hundreds of Thousands of Dollars, what can often be resolved in one or two days. The collection of the evidence and exchange can occur under three months instead of two or more years.
