• We highly encourage rigorous assessment of evidence at the outset of the case, and advise clients to mediate their dispute out of court. This latter method is fast and a lot less expensive to resolve any dispute. If however, all efforts to resolve your dispute is unsuccessful, we can and will bring lawsuit to have the court decide the faith of your case through a Judge or the Jury.

  • We handle civil civil litigation. This means we do not prosecute or represent clients in criminal cases, but may refer your matter, if you so choose and if your matter warrants such referral.

    • Matters involving fraud perpetrated by beneficiaries to a real estate assets outside of probate court jurisdiction and violation of trustee's fiduciary duties. In this cases, associated counsel expert in probate litigation will be associated into our case with client's knowledge and consent.

    • Matter involving the investment fraud in business dealinggs, financial accounting fraud or mismanagement of business assets; accounts etc.

    • Matters involving the negligence of tort committed by real estate agents, escrow officers; brokers; public notaries; bookkeepers; accountants.

    • Matters involving counter-claims by creditors in the chapter 7 bankruptcy hearings or examination of debtors.
